CEAT - Community Environment
Assessment Team
CEAT brings citizens directly into the environmental assessment
process now underway. Their mandate is to assist the City of Toronto
in finding a solution for the long term management of its residual
solid waste. They are doing this by assisting the City conduct an
Environmental Assessment. EA is a planning tool that systematically
assesses a number of options. learn

Calling all Teachers
Toronto Zoo's Aquatic Outreach program is starting its fourth year.
Outreach presentations are curriculum based and teach the students
about local aquatic species and smart water use. This program is
available for grades 1, 2 and 7 and is free because it is important
for our information to reach as many local residents as possible.
